Jamie Hyneman driving blind Al Pacino did it in Scent of a Woman, but how does driving a car blind work in reality?

Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage from Mythbusters gave the idea a whirl, and then tried to come up with a clever technique that would guarantee safety and success. See if their plan worked!
