Xenon Headlamp Conversion - A Very Easy Car Modification
April 21 | 09by:Lee Taylor This week I’m fitting something that is not only a good style modification, it’s also a good safety modification.
The thing I’m talking about is a xenon headlamp or HID lamps as they are also known.
If you're wondering what they are they are the bluey-white headlights you see on the likes of BMWs and Mercedes coming towards you.
There are kits that allow you to fit these to any car so you can have that look of a more expensive car on older or cheaper cars. And they really are better, too.
I have Xenon lamps on all my cars - including my work van.
Because I’m used to having my headlamps so bright, when I borrowed my mum’s car recently I realised how bad her lights were: they were like candles, and I just couldn’t see the dark section of the road.
So I got on to eBay to order the same kit as I have on my van.
This kit basically replaces the h4 bulbs with xenon bulbs; also in the kit you get two power packs and a wiring loom.
The kit is easy to fit and can be done in minutes with very little knowledge.
Basically, the bulbs go into the into the back of the headlamps, which are then connected to the power packs, the loom connects to the power packs. There is a black wire which goes to negative side of the battery and a red wire which goes to the positive side and one plug that goes to where you insert the old bulbs. Job done: its that simple.
Overall it’s a very good conversion for the money which makes your vision greater in the dark. It makes your car safer and you can’t put a price on safety.

this modification isnt road legal without headlight levereles or washers

I dislike asking about this thing but I just bought a
Google Biz Kit and have not heard
all too much about it.

Very Recently, there has been a great deal of investigation by the
American FTC against bloggers and website developers
for not stating advertising income, or existing
connections with advertising networks.
What are your ideas about how this could potentially effect
the blogging world?
